At the heart of this striking, masculine rosary is a handsome silver bezel centerpiece we have made in our Charlotte, NC workshop. It features a black & white photograph of St. Pier Giorgio ascending the Alps, where he found such solace and grandeur in his Creator. Capped by a glass cabochon, the image features his motto, in his own handwriting: Verso l' alto! - To the heights!
We designed the distinctive centerpiece as a visual reminder of his interior and physical ascent—toward holiness, service, and eternal life. It contains the last photo taken of him before his death and was sent to him by a companion on the climb. May his quest inspire us to pursue the heights of holiness.
