Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and instructional materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that personalized or used items are not eligible for return.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 7-10 business days.
